Google Map: Map of Lakeview Law, PLLC

Lakeview Law is conveniently located in Seattle on the west side of Lake Union, just north of downtown Seattle and south of Ballard/Fremont, and is easily accessible by car from I-5, Highway 99, and on Seattle Metro bus route 40. See Metro’s website for connecting bus routes: Metro Plan a Trip. The office is very close to the University of Washington, Amazon, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance/Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Google, Adobe, and Tableau Software.

Directions: From I-5 north or south, take the Mercer Street exit (Exit 167). At the end of the offramp, move to the far right lane that goes straight, toward the Space Needle, then cross Fairview, Boren, and Terry streets. Take a right on Westlake Avenue North and travel 1.2 miles (heading north along the west shore of Lake Union). Before you get to the office, you will pass the China Harbor Restaurant (black tile building) and then a stoplight at Crockett. At the street sign for McGraw, you will see a tall blue boat crane on your right. Turn right into the next opening for the parking lot.

Free Parking: There is free parking in the lots in front of the building (2 hour facing the building and 24 hours facing Westlake). There is one handicapped parking space directly in front of the building toward the
right (south side), and two additional handicapped parking spaces facing Westlake, immediately south of the building.

Caution: Please use extreme caution when entering the parking lots along Westlake to avoid colliding
with bicyclists.

Tip: All of the parking lots along Westlake are connected, so if you miss the turn, just take the next one.

Note: Construction of the Mercer Corridor Project might impact routes and travel time. For the most
up-to-date information, visit Seattle’s Department of Transportation.
